About Evolved Influence

The Evolved Influence platform is designed to foster rapid growth and collaboration in the use of wealth for benefiting humanity and the planet.

EI was created by Jay Newman. Its purpose is to accelerate the evolution of using wealth, investing, and influence for the benefit of humanity and the planet. We believe the current level of socioeconomic cultural development is still barbaric, that humankind will not survive much longer unless it changes rapidly, and that we can evolve to a more harmonious level as a species if we put our collaborative hearts and minds into fostering that growth.

There are six main modules to the EI platform at present:

Interview Series

The Interview Series is a program wherein Jay Newman is interviewing wealthy individuals, their fund managers, influencers, and thought leaders to discuss the differences between where we are and where we can go and develop the most viable and actionable strategies we can to dramatically facilitate our evolution.

Generational Wealth Support

Perhaps 20% of the wealth in the U.S. belongs to next-generation recipients of wealth, who either inherited or were given the money. As many people who work with those individuals are well aware, a remarkably large percentage of those recipients are lacking in real joy, meaning, and direction in their lives. At EI we believe that with a little coaching and support these people can live very joyous lives – and that will inherently result in increasing contributions to humanity.

Sharing Pledge

An improvement on the Buffet-Gates Giving Pledge, wealthy individuals promptly giving away to good causes all that exceeds a given level (say $500 million) and structuring their assets so the returns yielded above a reasonable income (say 10%) are given to good causes.

Warren Buffet and Bill Gates promote the Giving Pledge, a concept created by Buffet more than a decade ago where billionaires pledge to give away at least half their wealth either while they’re still alive or in their will. At EI, we feel that signatories to the Sharing Pledge are taking far more meaningful action since they are stepping up to the plate and taking action in the present, which sets a more meaningful example for others to follow and fosters a more rapid rate of change.

Coalition

At EI, we’re facilitating a Coalition of like-minded people who are participants in one or more of the above projects. The possibilities are substantial.
